Mr. Bergerson was with the firm of Roper & Folino for over ten years. John is a graduate of Southwestern University School of Law in 1986. He is a member of the Bar in California, the Federal Bar in California, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals as well as the ABA and the Los Angeles County Bar Associations.
He is an experienced trial and appellate attorney with extensive experience in construction defect litigation, environmental litigation, personal injury matters, government tort claims and Landlord Tenant litigation.

John has been principally responsible for the management and handling of several extraordinarily complex litigations involving insurance coverage and environmental claims. He has appeared before several appellate panels and administrative tribunals throughout the State. He has had extensive law and motion experience including drafting complex motions and countless court appearances.

John has been on the Los Angeles County Arbitration panel for many years serving as an Arbitrator and Mediator many times.

In addition to his legal practice, John graduated with a BA in History from USC in 1982. While at USC he was a key member of the 1981 Team Handball National Champions. John is an avid softball player and coach. He is active in a variety of community organizations. He has served many years at his church in various capacities including, the Chair of the school board, a member of the church council and as a youth guide. He has also served as a Scout leader and has volunteered with his local Los Angeles City Councilman. He loves to read and is an active volunteer at his local public library.

He is married with two children.
